All sales are final.
Due to the fact that our items are primarily hard-to-find collectibles, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if we have made a mistake, for example, if we sent you the wrong order, please contact us.
Please provide the order number as well as details about the product you wish to return.We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Any product approved for return must be sent back unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the complaint is found to be valid, the original shipping charges will be reimbursed. Any return that does not comply with these requirements may be refused.

Please note that the shipping costs for many of our items depend on the weight.To comply with the guidelines of the shipping companies we use, the weight is always rounded up to the next full pound.
